Data we collect
An appointment request collects your name, phone number, selected time, language and request status. Email and WhatsApp details are optional for appointment notifications. We do not request diagnoses or medical records.
How we use it
Details are used to arrange appointments and contact you to confirm or reschedule. Only the doctor and authorized staff can access them.
Storage and protection
Supabase provides data storage and authentication; Cloudflare runs the website and protects against automated requests. Verification data is processed through Cloudflare Turnstile. A hashed network address is temporarily stored to limit abuse.
Preferences and your rights
Language and theme preferences are stored locally on your device. Administration uses secure session cookies. No advertising or marketing analytics are used. Contact the clinic to request access, correction or deletion of your data.
Retention
The retention policy is under review. The clinic will confirm retention periods and deletion procedures before the service launches. Administration logs contain no names or phone numbers.
